🧾 Orders & Click & Collect
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes! You can Click & Collect from our Kiama store during business hours. If your address is within the local area, this option will appear automatically at checkout.
How soon will my order be ready?
Most orders are ready within 2 hours. You’ll receive a notification once it’s ready to collect.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Australia. Local delivery is available for customers in postcode 2533 (including Kiama, Kiama Downs, Kiama Heights & Jamberoo).
How long does delivery take?
Once your order is packed and dispatched, standard shipping times are usually 2–6 business days (longer in remote areas). Local deliveries are typically made after shop hours and within 1–2 business days.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes, for most full-priced items returned within 14 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
Please note: We do not accept returns on jewellery, bath & body products, sale items, seasonal items, or custom orders.
What if my item is damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 7 days with a photo and order details. We'll arrange a replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards for online purchases and physical gift cards in-store.
