At Indigo Rose Home Living, we take great care in preparing and packing your order so it arrives safely to your door. Below you'll find all the details on how we handle shipping, delivery options, and what to expect.
Processing Times
We aim to process all online orders within 2 business days from the time of purchase. During busier periods (such as holidays or sales), this may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
Delivery Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Once dispatched, standard delivery times are typically:

A little longer for regional or remote locations
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on the way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight or size of your order. All orders are packed with care from our Kiama store.
Click & Collect (from Kiama)
Local to us? You’re welcome to choose Click & Collect at checkout.
We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is ready to collect from our shop at:
38 Collins Street, Kiama, NSW 2533
Click & Collect orders are usually ready within 24–48 hours, and can be picked up during our regular store hours:
🕒 Monday to Saturday: 10am – 4pm
(Closed Sundays and public holidays)
Local Delivery
For small furniture or bulky items under 1 cubic metre, local delivery may be available.
If you’re nearby, this option might show automatically at checkout — but if not, please feel free to contact us directly to request local delivery. We’re always happy to help arrange something where possible.
Made-to-Order & Special Items
Some items (especially furniture) are made to order or shipped from our suppliers.
Estimated delivery times for these items will be noted in the product description, and we’ll keep you updated by email once your order is confirmed.
